ABSTRACT:

This work confers an application which makes possible to use a bluetooth enabled mobile phone to remote control trffic signals connected to the personal computer.it can also be used to control other computer applications such as emergency and road map.it is a cillent-server based application, which makes use of powerful java technology to achieve its end, the program works on a variety of bluetooth enabled mobile phone and is compatible with majority of blue tooth stacks.
